The one room in the rear of the house was designed for handicapped use. Three foot wide doors and a ramp into the walk in shower to accommodate a wheel chair.

The counter tops in the kitchen area are solid granite slab custom fabricated to all cabinetry. The floors are Travertine stone and carpet. The house is equipped with two 5-ton AC /furnace units each zoned to one-half of the house. A 15KW generator is installed to run most of the houses lighting and furnace in a power outage. The garage is 1400 sq.ft. will hold 4 cars and then some. Custom brick work sets this house apart from many others in the area.
