This kitchen remodel done in the City of Lodi, 2013. This house from 1957 needed a good face lift in the kitchen area. All new appliances and cabinets bring this house into the 21st Century in a big way. Complete with pot filler over the new stove and a faux window over the sink. Nice Job to the interior decorator.
This is a kitchen face lift that was done in Lodi, Ca. New doors were ordered in a paint grade material and all cabinets were painted and new hardware installed. A New appliance package was installed and Granite counter-tops fabricated to fit the existing kitchen cabinets.
This remodel consisted of approx. 1100 sq.ft. Interior walls where removed and replaced with Post and Beam construction. Kitchen cabinetry is Natural Maple with solid stock raised panel doors. The floor has been laid with ¾”x3” solid oak wood flooring. A six burner cook top (propane) was installed with a separate Microwave/oven unit. A 48” counter top depth refrigerator helps to anchor the south side of the kitchen.
This is and addition we did in Elk Grove ,Ca. we added 450 ft of kitchen and dinning room and remodeled the existing kitchen and living room into a formal dinning room and expanded living room area with new natural gas fire place that is thermostatically controlled . New vinyl Low E windows were added. The HVAC unit was replaced with a new 90% efficient unit 13 seer on the AC. Commercial grade kitchen appliances included a six burner ,natural gas stove. Granite countertops custom made to specifications from owner to fit free standing island. Ceramic tile on the floor pulls both rooms together.
This kitchen is located in Galt, Ca. It is a Shaker Style Kitchen. The cabinets are paint grade. The owner had new Formica tops installed with slab granite on the peninsula. The cabinets were built to reach the ceiling of nine feet. We also retrimmed the lower rooms attached to the kitchen remodel. Up graded capitols atop the doors are nice features of this remodel.
This kitchen is located in the Galt area. The cabinets are solid maple with a
Carmel stain and lacquer. The counter tops are made of Conan with a one piece molded
sink.
This kitchen belongs to the Secondary dwelling featured in the custom Home area. The solid maple & cherry cabinets with granite
counter tops will give many years of service and style to the owners.
